About the Speakers:
- Metta Dael is the Director of International Admission at Northfield Mount Hermon, a boarding school in Massachusetts. She returned to her alma mater after serving as Director of Education Programs at the Women’s Housing and Economic Development Corporation in the Bronx, NY. Metta has led admissions and cultural competency workshops in more than fifteen countries. She holds a Master’s in Multicultural Education from New York University’s Gallatin School and completed Columbia University’s Executive Education Program in Not-for-Profit Management.
- Nolan Oxley is the Senior Associate Director of Admission & Director of International Recruitment at Miss Porter’s School. At Miss Porter’s Nolan also oversees the Tour Guide Program and their International Student Alliance, an organization that comes together for meals, logistics and community building. Nolan is a strong believer in all-girls education, having worked for 4-years at Miss Hall’s School in Western Massachusetts prior to joining MPS.
