Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Rice University with majors in English and Economics and a minor in Business. He is currently finishing a PhD in English at Rutgers University, where he earned a Master of Arts in English in 2015 and taught English and Composition for 6 years. In high school, he scored in the top 3 percent on the SAT and ACT, and completed 7 AP courses. As a Program Coordinator for the Teaching Assistant Project at Rutgers, he designed and led seminars for other graduate students covering pedagogy and assessment. Most recently, he has authored content for the SAT, the GRE, and the AP English Language exam. He is excited to mobilize his experience and enthusiasm to help students achieve their goals and beyond. Cooking, theater, and architecture are his passions. He enjoys traveling when possible and spending hot afternoons swimming in the rivers and creeks near his home.
